5:30-6:30pm | Middle School Skills Training
6:30-7:00pm | Middle School & High School Speed & Agility
7:00-8:00pm | High School Skills Training
3rd - 6th Grade: Tuesdays & Thursdays

6:30-7:00pm | Speed & Agility
